FreeSteps – Sunlight, Trajectory, Figures

This is a temporally prolonged moving dance exhibition-performance. As dancers “flow” through the exhibition space, visitors can choose a viewing angle at will and move along with the dancers in different spaces to have a more direct and immersive experience of their movement. HORSE choreographer Su Wei-chia and his dancers plan to capitalize on the mobile spectator seats at the Shulin Arts Center to maximize the functionality of four-sided seating. Combining the theater space with the everyday ambience of Shulin, this project is a reinterpretation of the eight-hour-long FreeSteps – Sunlight, Trajectory, Figures.
